Though Corfu is on the other side of Greece in contrast to the rest of the Greek islands, it’s still a very warm place. June already sees a fairly hot summer, as air temperatures sit around 28°C average. What about the sea? It’s also quite pleasant, at 22°C average throughout June. It’s an ideal temperature for refreshing swims, though you’ll feel a bit of a transition from air to water. Still, perfectly good for swimming.

July and August have very comparable weather conditions all across the board, from air temperature, through rain and to sea temperatures. As you can imagine, day temperatures don’t really go below 30°C here. As for the sea, it sits around 24-25°C throughout both months. This is perfect for pretty much anything you’d want to do in the sea – water sports, short dips or long baths. It’s also still fairly refreshing, meaning you can use it as a shelter from the heat.
