What’s the weather like in Rhodes in April?

More and more people are choosing to go on holidays outside the summer season. And it’s no wonder – it’s cheaper, there are less crowds and some places are just way too darn hot. As such, if you’re thinking of visiting Rhodes but it’s either the prices or the scorching sun that’s making you doubt yourself, why not visit in April? Today, we’ll take a look at what weather you would encounter in Rhodes at that time.

April temperatures in Rhodes

The average temperatures you can expect in Rhodes at the beginning of the month are about 19°C and 22°C at the end of it. Meanwhile, nights are also decent, at about 15°C average. This is certainly a far cry from the often overwhelming heat of the summer and is, what we would consider, a nice mild weather. If you want to lounge on a beach all day and get scorched, it’s probably not all that doable in April. If you’d rather explore and maybe hike a little, this mild warmth is quite perfect, as you won’t have to seek shelter every hour or so. Will you have to worry about rain, though?

It’s not too bad. You can expect about 5 rainy days a month, but it’s all very, very mild. You can expect daylight to stay for about 13 hours and 8 of these will be sunshine. Again, it’s a very nice mild backdrop for a holiday – may sound boring to some and like exactly what you crave the most to others.
